Maureen Moffat maureen.moffat@strandconveyancing.com Maureen joined Strand Settlements in 1988 and came to us from a banking background. Maureen obtained her conveyancing license in 1998 and became Strands General Manager and Licensee in April 1999. Her vast experience in all aspects of conveyancing gives Strand and our team the quality leadership skills that make Strand Settlements one of the most sought after and successful settlement agencies in Western Australia. |

Angela Dilley angela.dilley@strandconveyancing.com Angela joined Strand in 2002 as a personal assistant and quickly worked her to way up to become a conveyancer, she has enjoyed that position for the last 5 years. Angela has proudly won Strand's Conveyancer of the Year award twice and is currently studying at TAFE to become a Licensed Coveyancer. |

Renee Dilley renee.dilley@strandconveyancing.com Renee joined Strand in October 2005 as a personal assistant, previously having worked in a law firm as a clerk for 3 years. She has been employed as a conveyancer for the past two & half years. Renee is currently studying at TAFE to obtain her Settlements Agents License. |

Rikki Janse Van Rensburg rikki.jansevanrensburg@strandconveyancing.com Rikki joined the team at Strand in 2001 as conveyancer, having had a previous 4 years experience in the industry. In 2005 she obtained her Conveyancing License. Rikki's experience and knowledge has rewarded her with a loyal client base. |

Janet Leon janet.leon@strandconveyancing.com Following careers in information technology and real estate sales spanning , Janet took up the opportunity to study and train in conveyancing at Strand in 1985, gaining her Settlement Agent's Licence in 1988. Opportunities to manage and own smaller settlement agencies followed through the 90's, providing a wide and varied experience in many types of conveyancing work. In early 2000 she rejoined Strand, making that extensive experience available for the benefit of our clients. |

Anne Taylor anne.taylor@strandconveyancing.com Anne has spent many years in the settlement industry working for both Settlement Agents and Law firms. She has been associated with Strand since 1987 with her current term of employment with Strand extending to more than 10 years. Anne is in charge of agency work at Strand, finalising settlements for Country Settlement Agents and Solicitors. |

After 7 years self-employed in the family Antique furniture restoration buisness, Michelle joined Strand Settlements in October 2003 as a personal assistant, and has been employed as a Conveyancer for the past 3 years. |

Alicia Rodrigues alicia.rodrigues@strandconveyancing.com Alicia joined Strand in 2003 as a trainee outside clerk. Her previous background was in catering and hospitality and she bakes a mean cake. She now enjoys the crucial role of senior outside clerk and helps to train and guide other clerks in this very important role. |

Laurie Steel laurie.steel@strandconveyancing.com Laurie joined Strand in 1983 in the typing pool and is now Strand's coordinator. Her long service of over 25 years has given her the all round knowledge and experience required to cover this very important role within the office. Laurie is a well known identity at Strand and is a highly valued member of Staff. |

Karen's previous legal experience gave her the motivation to seek out a career in settlements. She is currently undertaking the conveyancing course with the ultimate goal of obtaining her conveyancing license. |

Sonya Wilkes sonya.wilkes@strandconveyancing.com Sonya initially joined Strand in 1987 leaving in 1994 to start her family. She rejoined Strand in 2000 on a part time basis filling various administrative roles as required. In 2005 Sonya became our Trust Bookkeeper job sharing on a permanent part time basis. After all her years with us, Sonya is a font of knowledge and information covering the professional and social side of Strand. |
